Welcome to Smart University 2009 

Smart University is an advanced educational program dedicated to smart devices, contactless technologies, electronic identity management, trusted mobile applications and other technologies of a networked world.
Smart University addresses engineers, executives and every professional who need to update and widen their knowledge in the latest IT technologies.

Our trainings are strongly technology-oriented and address project managers who need to master the essential tools to use and develop these new technologies within their organizations.

Each module ensures close connections with your markets, competitors, strategies, standards and legal environment issues thanks to a dual approach: theory from high level academics and case studies/testimonials from engineers and researchers belonging to the industry players.
The program consists of 11 tracks of 2 days according to a workshop format which enables time for Q&A, discussions and a large interactivity between participants, teachers and lecturers. The schedule of these modules allows participants to attend successively 1 or 2 modules of their choice. For each track participants will receive at the end a diploma signed by the teachers and certifying of their active participation to the course.

Smart University relies on over 30 European Universities, Schools, Institutes and Labs, and is placed under the supervision of its Steering Committee:

The modules are provided in various locations through Europe (Sophia-Antipolis, Paris and soon London, Brussels, Milan…).
Smart University/Sophia Antipolis is part of the Smart Event 2009 agenda, the Innovation Forum for Mobility and Trusted Technologies & Services.
