How to connect a TCL smart TV to a game console
Below are instructions on how to connect different gaming consoles to your TCL smart TV:
Nintendo Wii and Wii U
TCL Smart TVs have ports in the back right. Connect the Wii and Wii U’s HDMI or AV components to the back and switch to the corresponding input.
Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite
Connect the Nintendo Switch’s HDMI cable to the port on the back right. A Nintendo Switch Lite needs a third-party dock to connect to a TV with a USB. TCL Smart TVs have one USB port that you can switch to using the input source capability.
Sony PlayStation 4, Pro 4 and 5
Plug the HDMI cable into the back right of the TCL TV. Use the remote’s source capability to change your input to HDMI 1 through 3, whichever your PlayStation is connected to.
Microsoft Xbox One S and X
Connect your Xbox to the HDMI TV port on the back right side of your TCL. Use the remote to change the input source to your HDMI port that’s connected to the console.
